1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between fo999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service provided through fo999. By creating an account on fo999, making a deposit, placing a wager, or simply browsing the platform, you irrevocably confirm that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms.

fo999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. 2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority. Accounts found or suspected to belong to individuals under 18 will be suspended immediately pending investigation, and any funds held in the account will be withheld pending the outcome of that review.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money wagering on fo999, you must create a registered account. You are permitted to hold only one (1) account per person. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fo999 login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. fo999 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account whilst your credentials are in your possession — or should have been in your possession — will be deemed to have been conducted by you and will be your sole responsibility.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify fo999 immediately at [email protected]. fo999 will temporarily suspend your account pending investigation. fo999 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where you failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

KYC documents may include proof of identity (NID, passport), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and delayed withdrawal processing.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on fo999 is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your fo999 wallet within minutes of confirmation. Deposits made via bank transfer may take up to 2 business hours to clear, depending on the originating bank's processing times. fo999 does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, which are your sole responsibility.

fo999 reserves the right to impose deposit limits on individual accounts where responsible gaming concerns arise. Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your name may be declined and the funds returned to their source, pending KYC verification.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on fo999 are processed in the order they are received. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within 10 minutes of approval during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account with or without their knowledge.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with fo999.
• Using any automated system, bot, script, algorithm, or artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on fo999.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to exploit fo999's odds or game mechanics.
• Exploiting software errors, technical faults, or glitches to place wagers or generate returns that would not otherwise be available under normal platform operation. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a software fault may be voided.
• Using fo999 to launder money, finance illegal activities, or process funds of unlawful origin. fo999 cooperates fully with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Charging back a deposit or disputing a legitimate transaction with your bank or payment provider in bad faith. fo999 will contest any fraudulent chargeback and may recover the funds from outstanding balances or through legal action.

8. Account Closure & Termination

Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

fo999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

In the event of account termination by fo999 for cause (i.e., breach of Terms), any remaining balance may be withheld pending the outcome of any internal investigation. If no wrongdoing is substantiated, the balance will be returned to the account holder via the registered payment method.

8.1 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of fo999, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting fo999 at [email protected]. fo999 aims to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 10 business days. fo999's decision on any dispute will be issued in writing. All dispute correspondence will be conducted in English.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fo999 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if fo999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. fo999's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your fo999 account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, preserving as much as possible the original intent of the parties.
